This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by ClearDock, or any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from or through this website. As used herein, the term "you" (including any variant) refers to each individual who enters into this Privacy Policy on such individual's own behalf or any entity on behalf of which an individual enters into this Privacy Policy, in which case you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Privacy Policy (and in that case, "you" will refer to the individual and that entity).

Children

The Service is not directed to or intended for use by children under 18 years of age. No one under the age of 18 may provide any personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information through the Service from a child under 18 years of age without the consent of the child's parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it. Access, Delete, Transfer or Update Your Information: If you have registered for an account with us through the Service, you may access, delete, transfer or update certain account information by logging into the account.
